Ardian Growth acqui\u00adred the stake in Piz\u2019\u00adWich in Decem\u00adber 2016 with the aim of support\u00ading the company\u2019s orga\u00adnic growth and acce\u00adle\u00adra\u00adting its inter\u00adna\u00adtio\u00adnal expan\u00adsion, in parti\u00adcu\u00adlar by buil\u00adding stra\u00adte\u00adgic indus\u00adtry part\u00adner\u00adships world\u00adwide. Thanks to a further deve\u00adlo\u00adped product range and frame\u00adwork agree\u00adments with indus\u00adtrial part\u00adners, this goal was quickly achie\u00adved. Discus\u00adsions were also held with frost\u00adkrone about a distri\u00adbu\u00adtion part\u00adner\u00adship in Germany, which ulti\u00adm\u00adately led to the tran\u00adsac\u00adtion announ\u00adced today. As a result, Piz\u2019\u00adWich is now 100 percent owned by frost\u00adkrone, a company that was a port\u00adfo\u00adlio company of Ardian Expan\u00adsion in Germany until its acqui\u00adsi\u00adtion by Emeram Capi\u00adtal Part\u00adners in Febru\u00adary 2017.<\/p>\n
