The tran\u00adsac\u00adtion has alre\u00adady been successfully comple\u00adted; the parties have agreed not to disc\u00adlose the tran\u00adsac\u00adtion&nbsp;value.<\/p>\n<p>The HR Group expects the coope\u00adra\u00adtion with surf4shoes to gene\u00adrate further signi\u00adfi\u00adcant growth in the online segment as well as synergy effects that will bene\u00adfit both compa\u00adnies in the rapidly growing eCom\u00admerce market. In addi\u00adtion to the inter\u00adnal resour\u00adces of the HR Group, which surf4shoes will be able to draw on in the future, there are syner\u00adgies in the areas of logi\u00adstics, IT and purchasing.<\/p>\n<p>surf4shoes GmbH, based in Bitz, Baden-W\u00fcrt\u00adtem\u00adberg, is a dyna\u00admi\u00adcally growing company that has specia\u00adli\u00adzed in the online retail of brand-name shoes in the mid-price segment since its foun\u00adding in 2006. In the past fiscal year, the company gene\u00adra\u00adted sales of around <strong>30 million euros<\/strong> in this segment.<\/p>\n<p>The HR Group, with its 130 years of expe\u00adri\u00adence in shoe retail\u00ading, employs around 4,000 people and opera\u00adtes in 20 count\u00adries. The Group opera\u00adtes around 400 retail outlets world\u00adwide and will be opera\u00adting over 2,000 outlets in its system busi\u00adness by the end of the finan\u00adcial year. Sales gene\u00adra\u00adted at retail prices total more than 500 million euros.
