Florian Hirsch\u00admann is curr\u00adently co-head of the China Desk at <strong>DLA Piper<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Florian Hirsch\u00admann focu\u00adses on private equity and M&amp;A tran\u00adsac\u00adtions with a parti\u00adcu\u00adlar empha\u00adsis on legal advice to Chinese funds and stra\u00adte\u00adgic finan\u00adcial inves\u00adtors on their invest\u00adments in Germany. He regu\u00adlarly advi\u00adses Euro\u00adpean funds and German compa\u00adnies in Germany and abroad. At Reed Smith, Florian Hirsch\u00admann will work inten\u00adsi\u00advely with colle\u00adagues in our Beijing, Shang\u00adhai and Hong Kong offices, assis\u00adting clients with their inbound and outbound invest\u00adments between China and Europe.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFor some time now, it has been our goal to build on the strengths of our Corporate\/M&amp;A prac\u00adtice in Europe. Over the past 18 months, the teams in London and Paris have grown signi\u00adfi\u00adcantly.
