The parties have agreed not to disc\u00adlose the purchase price.<\/p>\n

The company DEUBA was foun\u00added in 2002 as a pure online distri\u00adbu\u00adtor. At that time, online retail was still in its infancy. Today, the company is one of Germany\u2019s largest online retail\u00aders, with over 100,000 square meters of warehouse space, a product port\u00adfo\u00adlio of more than 2,000 items and more than 1,000,000 custo\u00admers per year. The range includes, for exam\u00adple, garden and leisure artic\u00adles, toys, sports equip\u00adment and furniture.<\/p>\n

The new majo\u00adrity share\u00adhol\u00adder Rieker Invest\u00adment is part of the Rieker Finance Group, which is backed by the Rieker family of entre\u00adpre\u00adneurs with the shoe brand of the same name.
