The tran\u00adsac\u00adtion is the largest of its kind so far in the Baltic States.<\/p>\n<p>The public tender offer is being made by Odys\u00adsey Europe AS, a company owned by funds mana\u00adged by Noval\u00adpina Capi\u00adtal, for all shares in Olym\u00adpic Enter\u00adtain\u00adment Group for a price of EUR 1.90 per share.
