The sellers are the mana\u00adging direc\u00adtor Ronald Boers and the foun\u00adder Mari\u00adnus Boers, both of whom will conti\u00adnue to hold mino\u00adrity shares. BOAL\u2019s manage\u00adment team will also parti\u00adci\u00adpate in the company. The parties have agreed not to disc\u00adlose the purchase price. The acqui\u00adsi\u00adtion is still subject to appr\u00adoval by the rele\u00advant anti\u00adtrust authorities.<\/p>\n<p>BOAL Group, head\u00adquar\u00adte\u00adred in Naald\u00adwijk, the Nether\u00adlands, has 48 years of expe\u00adri\u00adence in the design and manu\u00adfac\u00adture of alumi\u00adnum roof and side\u00adwall systems for green\u00adhou\u00adses. This makes the Group one of the leading suppli\u00aders in the market. In addi\u00adtion, BOAL supplies the cons\u00adtruc\u00adtion, mecha\u00adni\u00adcal engi\u00adnee\u00adring and trans\u00adport indus\u00adtries with extru\u00added alumi\u00adnum profiles. The manu\u00adfac\u00adture of the high-quality products is based on many years of expe\u00adri\u00adence, tech\u00adni\u00adcal exper\u00adtise and inno\u00adva\u00adtive strength. Produc\u00adtion takes place at the company\u2019s three Dutch sites \u2018s\u2011Gravenzande, Maas\u00addijk and De Lier, as well as in Shep\u00ads\u00adhed in the UK. BOAL curr\u00adently employs appro\u00adxi\u00adm\u00adately 370 people and gene\u00adra\u00adted <strong>sales of around 155 million euros<\/strong> in&nbsp;2017.<\/p>\n<p>Toge\u00adther with Equis\u00adtone, BOAL aims to further streng\u00adthen its market-leading posi\u00adtion in the green\u00adhouse indus\u00adtry.
