Most recently, the 34-year-old was a prin\u00adci\u00adpal at Capna\u00admic Ventures, one of the leading early-stage venture capi\u00adtal firms in Germany. Iris Capi\u00adtal has made seve\u00adral early-stage co-invest\u00adments with Capna\u00admic Ventures over the past five years. Rothe was respon\u00adsi\u00adble for the manage\u00adment of twelve port\u00adfo\u00adlio compa\u00adnies and the deve\u00adlo\u00adp\u00adment of the Berlin office. Previously, he worked at DuMont Venture, a corpo\u00adrate venture capi\u00adtal firm focu\u00adsed on digi\u00adtal media and IT, and gained opera\u00adtio\u00adnal expe\u00adri\u00adence at various startups<\/p>\n<p>The hiring of Thor\u00adben Rothe is an important part of Iris Capi\u00adtal\u2019s expan\u00adsion stra\u00adtegy for Germany.
