Both compa\u00adnies had alre\u00adady been on friendly terms for seve\u00adral years. A smooth tran\u00adsi\u00adtion of opera\u00adti\u00adons is expec\u00adted to take place over the next year and a half. Through the take\u00adover, Alb-Gold expects to be able to exploit nume\u00adrous syner\u00adgies in the future, inclu\u00adding in the area of distri\u00adbu\u00adtion in North America.
