The parties have agreed not to disc\u00adlose the purchase price.<\/p>\n

Ascora<\/strong> GmbH, based in Gander\u00adke\u00adsee (Lower Saxony), was foun\u00added in 1994 and is a medium-sized, owner-mana\u00adged soft\u00adware house. The company deve\u00adlops consu\u00admer soft\u00adware for Windows and Mac as well as smart\u00adphone apps and parti\u00adci\u00adpa\u00adtes in various rese\u00adarch and deve\u00adlo\u00adp\u00adment projects in Germany and Europe. Ascora has deve\u00adlo\u00adped into an estab\u00adlished part\u00adner around the digi\u00adta\u00adliza\u00adtion of busi\u00adness proces\u00adses and today employs over 30 soft\u00adware deve\u00adlo\u00adpers. With over 12 million users, Ascora GmbH is one of the largest provi\u00adders of consu\u00admer soft\u00adware solu\u00adti\u00adons in Germany. Ascora has recei\u00adved the Deloitte Tech\u00adno\u00adlogy Fast 50 Award and the 2018 Growth Cham\u00adpion award from Focus and Statista, among others.
