The fund was signi\u00adfi\u00adcantly over\u00adsub\u00adscri\u00adbed and was placed exclu\u00adsi\u00advely with exis\u00adting inves\u00adtors of&nbsp;IK.<\/p>\n<p>The new fund is twice the size of its prede\u00adces\u00adsor, which was IK\u2019s first small cap fund closed in March 2016 at a hard cap of 277 million euros. The IK Small Cap I Fund has inves\u00adted in 12 compa\u00adnies, of which three invest\u00adments have been successfully sold to&nbsp;date.<\/p>\n<p>Like its prede\u00adces\u00adsor fund, IK Small Cap II will focus on growth compa\u00adnies in the core markets of Bene\u00adlux, DACH, France and the Scan\u00addi\u00adna\u00advian count\u00adries.
