He has parti\u00adcu\u00adlar exper\u00adtise in the fields of mecha\u00adni\u00adcal and plant engi\u00adnee\u00adring, the cons\u00adtruc\u00adtion and buil\u00adding mate\u00adri\u00adals indus\u00adtry, and the paper indus\u00adtry. Burk\u00adhard Weber joins IMAP from the US invest\u00adment bank Raymond James, where he was Mana\u00adging Direc\u00adtor respon\u00adsi\u00adble for the expan\u00adsion of consul\u00adting in the capi\u00adtal goods sector in German-spea\u00adking count\u00adries. Prior to that, the doctor of busi\u00adness admi\u00adnis\u00adtra\u00adtion spent almost seven years as Mana\u00adging Direc\u00adtor for the inter\u00adna\u00adtio\u00adnal M&A boutique Lincoln Inter\u00adna\u00adtio\u00adnal in Frank\u00adfurt and New York. There he led nume\u00adrous cross-border tran\u00adsac\u00adtions of German and Ameri\u00adcan compa\u00adnies, among others advi\u00adsing the German W\u00fcrth Group as well as Bilfin\u00adger on tran\u00adsac\u00adtions in the US.<\/p>\n

Previously, Burk\u00adhard Weber was Mana\u00adging Direc\u00adtor and co-part\u00adner of the German corpo\u00adrate finance advi\u00adsory subsi\u00addiary of the British invest\u00adment bank Close Brot\u00adhers. He star\u00adted his career in the tran\u00adsac\u00adtion busi\u00adness in 1996 at KPMG Corpo\u00adrate Finance, where he was most recently a member of the German M&A manage\u00adment team for a time.<\/p>\n
