It is the first acqui\u00adsi\u00adtion for the Bava\u00adrian candle manu\u00adfac\u00adtu\u00adrer since <strong>Equis\u00adtone Part\u00adners<\/strong> advi\u00adsed funds ente\u00adred the market in 2016. With Ramesh Flowers, GALA Kerzen expands its range to include high-quality fragrance and deco\u00adra\u00adtion products and opens up to non-Euro\u00adpean markets. The parties have agreed not to disc\u00adlose details of the tran\u00adsac\u00adtion. The acqui\u00adsi\u00adtion is subject to appr\u00adoval by the rele\u00advant anti\u00adtrust authorities.<\/p>\n<p>With the acqui\u00adsi\u00adtion of the Indian produ\u00adcer, Equis\u00adtone is stra\u00adte\u00adgi\u00adcally expan\u00adding its port\u00adfo\u00adlio company GALA Cand\u00adles. Ramesh Flowers\u2019 assort\u00adment includes scen\u00adted potpour\u00adris, dried flowers, and scen\u00adted oils and cand\u00adles. The company was foun\u00added in 1982 in Tuti\u00adco\u00adrin (India) by Mahen\u00addra Raj Singhwi, who still heads the company today. Ramesh Flowers employs a total of almost 3,000 people in its produc\u00adtion faci\u00adli\u00adties in India and in Teme\u00adcula (California\/USA), which are BSCI\u2011, SMEPA- and SEDEX-certi\u00adfied, among others. The company supplies inter\u00adna\u00adtio\u00adnal retail chains in its target markets in Europe and the USA via its long-stan\u00adding whole\u00adsale part\u00adners. The Ameri\u00adcan market alone accounts for over 43% of Ramesh Flowers\u2019 export share. This opens up oppor\u00adtu\u00adni\u00adties for GALA Kerzen in neigh\u00adbor\u00ading segments as well as in new target markets.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEquis\u00adtone has alre\u00adady opti\u00admally supported GALA Kerzen in the context of the succes\u00adsion plan\u00adning two years ago. Thanks to Ramesh Flowers\u2019 inter\u00adna\u00adtio\u00adnal presence in the USA, GALA Kerzen can addi\u00adtio\u00adnally gain a foot\u00adhold in non-Euro\u00adpean markets.
