Berlin \u2014 German private equity firm Odewald KMU<\/strong> (Berlin) has sold 7days Group<\/strong>, a provi\u00adder of work\u00adwear for the health\u00adcare sector, to Silver\u00adfleet Capi\u00adtal<\/strong>. \u2014 The company\u2019s foun\u00adders, Marc Staper\u00adfeld and Ulrich D\u00f6lken, conti\u00adnue to be invol\u00adved in the company through a reverse shareholding.<\/p>\n

7days designs, manu\u00adfac\u00adtures and distri\u00adbu\u00adtes work\u00adwear for medi\u00adcal profes\u00adsi\u00adons. The product range includes medi\u00adcal and labo\u00adra\u00adtory coats, tops, pants, shoes and access\u00adories. A special focus is on the offer for medi\u00adcal and dental prac\u00adti\u00adces. Foun\u00added in 1999, the company is head\u00adquar\u00adte\u00adred in Lotte near Osnabr\u00fcck.<\/p>\n

Odewald KMU (Berlin) also acqui\u00adred a majo\u00adrity stake in Langer & Laumann Inge\u00adnieur\u00adb\u00fcro GmbH.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Langer & Laumann Inge\u00adnieur\u00adb\u00fcro GmbH specia\u00adli\u00adzes in the instal\u00adla\u00adtion and moder\u00adniza\u00adtion of door drives for eleva\u00adtors and safety doors on or in machi\u00adnes. The previous owners have taken a reverse stake in the tran\u00adsac\u00adtion and will conti\u00adnue to manage the group. The parties have agreed not to disc\u00adlose the amount of the investment.<\/p>\n

The invest\u00adment is the third invest\u00adment of the new Odewald KMU II Fund. Odewald KMU invests in medium-sized, estab\u00adlished and high-growth compa\u00adnies in German-spea\u00adking count\u00adries. Inves\u00adtors are predo\u00admi\u00adnantly German insti\u00adtu\u00adtio\u00adnal asset manage\u00adment compa\u00adnies and wealthy private inves\u00adtors. P+P P\u00f6llath + Part\u00adners has alre\u00adady provi\u00added tax advice to the first invest\u00adments of the Odewald KMU II Fund.<\/p>\n
