KGaA<\/strong> (SDAX, ISIN: DE 0005403901), head\u00adquar\u00adte\u00adred in Olden\u00adburg, has reached an agree\u00adment with the owners of the Cheerz Group<\/strong> (Paris) on a share\u00adhol\u00adding. The Cheerz Group (Paris) is growing dyna\u00admi\u00adcally in France, Spain and Italy with its premium brand \u201cCheerz,\u201d which is prima\u00adrily targe\u00adted at smart\u00adphone users. \u2014 CEWE, which was foun\u00added in 1961 and has around 3,500 employees, is initi\u00adally acqui\u00adring around 80 % of the shares in the Cheerz Group for 36 million euros<\/strong>. The tran\u00adsac\u00adtion values the company at slightly more than one and a half times expec\u00adted 2018 reve\u00adnue. The CEWE Board of Manage\u00adment initi\u00adally expects the take\u00adover \u2014 inclu\u00adding purchase price allo\u00adca\u00adtion and tran\u00adsac\u00adtion costs \u2014 to have a nega\u00adtive EBIT effect of around 4 million euros in the current busi\u00adness year.<\/p>\n
