Main \u2014 IPO: Instone<\/strong> Real Estate<\/strong> is accom\u00adpa\u00adnied by Sulli\u00advan & Crom\u00adwell <\/strong>to the Prime Stan\u00addard <\/strong>in Frank\u00adfurt a. M.. The resi\u00adden\u00adtial cons\u00adtruc\u00adtion specia\u00adlist aims to raise 150 million euros<\/strong> with the IPO <\/strong>. The company itself is talking about an IPO in the course of 2018. Howe\u00adver, many obser\u00advers suspect that the premiere will take place before Easter and specu\u00adlate on a stock market value of one billion euros. On the banking side, Credit Suisse <\/strong>and Deut\u00adsche Bank<\/strong> lead the consortium.<\/p>\n

If all goes accor\u00adding to plan, Instone will place exis\u00adting shares and newly issued shares via a capi\u00adtal increase. In addi\u00adtion to Instone, the previous share\u00adhol\u00adder, the finan\u00adcial inves\u00adtor Acti\u00advum SG, also intends to place its shares on the market. Exactly how many papers will be placed has not yet been deter\u00admi\u00adned. \u2014 Instone intends to invest the lion\u2019s share of the plan\u00adned stock market proceeds, around 100 million euros, in project deve\u00adlo\u00adp\u00adment. Another 50 million will be used to repay exis\u00adting loans.<\/p>\n

A few months ago, the value of Instone projects was esti\u00adma\u00adted at almost 870 million euros. This includes more than 8,000 apart\u00adments in major cities and surroun\u00adding regi\u00adons throug\u00adhout Germany. The Essen-based group emer\u00adged from the merger of a former Hoch\u00adtief subsi\u00addiary Formart with real estate deve\u00adlo\u00adper GRK. GRK was essen\u00adti\u00adally specia\u00adli\u00adzed in the refur\u00adbish\u00adment of listed old buil\u00addings. Formart had been part of Acti\u00advum since 2014.<\/p>\n

On the banking side, Deut\u00adsche Bank and Credit Suisse are in action. The consor\u00adtium also includes Morgan Stan\u00adley, BNP Pari\u00adbas and Unicredit.<\/strong><\/p>\n
