The previous mana\u00adging majo\u00adrity share\u00adhol\u00adders have taken a reverse stake in the tran\u00adsac\u00adtion. They will conti\u00adnue to lead the&nbsp;group.<\/p>\n<p>The Odewald KMU II Fund has a volume of 200 million euros and invests in a focu\u00adsed manner in attrac\u00adtive target markets in German-spea\u00adking SMEs. The indus\u00adtry focus is on profi\u00adta\u00adble, fast-growing medium-sized compa\u00adnies in the fields of \u201cGerman engi\u00adnee\u00adring\u201d, intel\u00adli\u00adgent services and health\u00adcare. The typi\u00adcal invest\u00adment occa\u00adsi\u00adons are succes\u00adsion arran\u00adge\u00adments and\/or growth finan\u00adcing. These compa\u00adnies gene\u00adrally gene\u00adrate sales of between 20 and 100 million euros, have entre\u00adpre\u00adneu\u00adrial manage\u00adment, are very successful opera\u00adtio\u00adnally and occupy a leading posi\u00adtion in the rele\u00advant market. Equity invest\u00adments of 5 to 30 million euros are made per transaction.<\/p>\n<p>The acqui\u00adsi\u00adtion of Langer &amp; Laumann Inge\u00adnieur\u00adb\u00fcro GmbH is the third invest\u00adment of Odewal\u00add\u2019s second SME fund, follo\u00adwing the acqui\u00adsi\u00adtion of Betten Duscher Group in summer 2016 and Karl Schmidt Group in early 2017, on which Dr. P\u00e4r Johans\u00adson and his team also advi\u00adsed Odewald KMU.
