Its fastening solu\u00adti\u00adons are used in buil\u00addings, commer\u00adcial proper\u00adties and indus\u00adtrial plants, espe\u00adci\u00adally in the assem\u00adbly of heating, air condi\u00adtio\u00adning and venti\u00adla\u00adtion tech\u00adno\u00adlogy, as well as in the mari\u00adtime sector for marine equip\u00adment and various indus\u00adtrial appli\u00adca\u00adti\u00adons. The aim of the acqui\u00adsi\u00adtion is to accom\u00adpany the long-term inter\u00adna\u00adtio\u00adnal growth of the group and to focus M\u00dcPRO on its core compe\u00adten\u00adcies \u2014 deve\u00adlo\u00adp\u00adment, consul\u00adting and project support.<\/p>\n<p>The previous company owner, Harald M\u00fcller, as well as part of the former Secura manage\u00adment will focus on buil\u00adding digi\u00adtal products and services for medium-sized busi\u00adnesses with the newly foun\u00added SYMBIONET AG as of Febru\u00adary 2018. SYMBIO\u00adNE\u00adT\u2019s areas of exper\u00adtise are sales soft\u00adware and plat\u00adform solu\u00adti\u00adons, auto\u00adma\u00adted logi\u00adstics services as well as online trading and marke\u00adting services. The foun\u00adda\u00adtion for the new busi\u00adness model has alre\u00adady been laid in recent years as part of the digi\u00adtiza\u00adtion process at the Secura Group.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dr. Chris\u00adtian Hollen\u00adberg (photo), foun\u00adding part\u00adner of Perusa,<\/strong> explains, \u201cM\u00dcPRO has an impres\u00adsive history as a leading supplier in this market.
