Munich \u2014 Gleiss Lutz has advi\u00adsed Linde<\/strong> AG in the auction procee\u00addings for the sale of TEGA \u2011Tech\u00adni\u00adsche Gase und Gasetech\u00adnik<\/strong> GmbH. The buyer is DCC<\/strong> Germany Holding GmbH, a subsi\u00addiary of the Irish company DCC. The tran\u00adsac\u00adtion is expec\u00adted to be comple\u00adted in the first quar\u00adter of 2018 follo\u00adwing appr\u00adoval by the rele\u00advant anti\u00adtrust autho\u00adri\u00adties. The parties have agreed not to disc\u00adlose the sales price.<\/p>\n

Tega \u2014 Tech\u00adni\u00adsche Gase und Gasetech\u00adnik GmbH specia\u00adli\u00adzes in the liquid gas and refri\u00adger\u00adant busi\u00adness and has five loca\u00adti\u00adons throug\u00adhout Germany. It most recently achie\u00adved annual sales of 75 million euros.<\/p>\n

Linde achie\u00adved sales of \u20ac16.948 billion in the 2016 finan\u00adcial year, making it one of the worl\u00add\u2019s leading gases and engi\u00adnee\u00adring compa\u00adnies. With around 60,000 employees, the Group is repre\u00adsen\u00adted in more than 100 countries.<\/p>\n

The inter\u00adna\u00adtio\u00adnally active services group DCC is listed on the London Stock Exch\u00adange in the FTSE 100. In the past fiscal year, the company gene\u00adra\u00adted sales of over 12 billion euros.<\/p>\n

Sandra Albrecht (M&A) and Georg Terhorst (anti\u00adtrust) advi\u00adsed Linde AG on the transaction.<\/p>\n
