The sale compri\u00adsed all shares held by the Weide\u00adrer Group in Aartos Perso\u00adnal\u00adser\u00advice, Weide\u00adrer Perso\u00adnal\u00addienste and opTEAMum Perso\u00adnal\u00addienst\u00adleis\u00adtun\u00adgen. The parties have agreed not to disc\u00adlose the sales price. The German Fede\u00adral Cartel Office has alre\u00adady appro\u00adved the transaction.<\/p>\n

Weide\u00adrer was compre\u00adhen\u00adsi\u00advely advi\u00adsed on the tran\u00adsac\u00adtion by a Bryan Cave M&A team in Hamburg and Frank\u00adfurt, led by part\u00adner Dr. Michael Leue and coun\u00adsel Dr. Huber\u00adtus Schr\u00f6der.<\/p>\n

With the sale, the Weide\u00adrer Group is with\u00addra\u00adwing from the employee leasing sector after 26 years in order to focus enti\u00adrely on acti\u00advi\u00adties in the deve\u00adlo\u00adp\u00adment of indus\u00adtrial proper\u00adties and the opera\u00adtion of solar plants. In total, more than 1,000 exter\u00adnal employees will be employed in the dive\u00ads\u00adted busi\u00adness. The total reve\u00adnue of the compa\u00adnies in the tempo\u00adrary staf\u00adfing sector that are part of Weide\u00adrer Holding GmbH amoun\u00adted to appro\u00adxi\u00adm\u00adately \u20ac30 million in fiscal year 2016, and an increase to around \u20ac36 million is expec\u00adted for 2017. The dive\u00ads\u00adted compa\u00adnies operate with a regio\u00adnal focus in Bava\u00adria and also operate recruit\u00adment sites in the Czech Republic.<\/p>\n

TimePart\u00adner is a leading German person\u00adnel service provi\u00adder with appro\u00adxi\u00adm\u00adately 8,000 employees and around 100 bran\u00adches nati\u00adon\u00adwide.
