Water\u00adland Private Equity was advi\u00adsed by Will\u00adkie Farr &amp; Gallag\u00adher&nbsp;LLP.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are plea\u00adsed to have found a new inves\u00adtor in Duke Street who will conti\u00adnue to drive the growth of the A\u2011ROSA River Crui\u00adses Group<strong>,<\/strong>\u201d said <strong>J\u00f6rg <\/strong><strong>Drei\u00adsow, Mana\u00adging Part\u00adner of Water\u00adland<\/strong>. The inde\u00adpen\u00addent private equity invest\u00adment company acqui\u00adred a majo\u00adrity stake in the leading German river cruise opera\u00adtor in 2009 and has since made a signi\u00adfi\u00adcant contri\u00adbu\u00adtion to the company\u2019s growth into the most successful river cruise opera\u00adtor in the German source market.
