The bond (A2G8U5) pays inves\u00adtors a fixed annual inte\u00adrest rate of 6.75% until matu\u00adrity on Feb. 1, 2023. This is paid in April and Octo\u00adber of each year. The issue price was 98.953%, which repre\u00adsen\u00adted a spread of +693 bps over the compa\u00adra\u00adble Bund. The wholly owned subsi\u00addiary of the Milan-based <strong>Intek Group<\/strong> S.p.A. included three addi\u00adtio\u00adnal termi\u00adna\u00adtion dates in the terms and condi\u00adti\u00adons of the issue, in addi\u00adtion to a Make Whole option.<strong><br>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Frank\u00adfurt office of the inter\u00adna\u00adtio\u00adnal law firm<strong> Weil, Gotshal &amp; Manges<\/strong> LLP advi\u00adsed KME AG, an inter\u00adna\u00adtio\u00adnally active manu\u00adfac\u00adtu\u00adrer of copper and copper alloys, on the successful place\u00adment of a high-yield bond with a volume of EUR 300 million and a matu\u00adrity date of 2023. The proceeds of the issue will be used to redeem exis\u00adting liabilities.<\/p>\n<p>The place\u00adment of the bond issued by KME AG to insti\u00adtu\u00adtio\u00adnal inves\u00adtors was mana\u00adged by Gold\u00adman Sachs Inter\u00adna\u00adtio\u00adnal, BNP PARIBAS and Deut\u00adsche Bank as Global Co-ordi\u00adna\u00adtors and Joint Book\u00adrun\u00adners.
