The consul\u00adtancy also included the listing of the shares on the Munich Stock Exchange.<\/p>\n<p>Laur\u00e8l GmbH is an inter\u00adna\u00adtio\u00adnally active fashion company whose assets were subject to insol\u00advency procee\u00addings in self-admi\u00adnis\u00adtra\u00adtion. In 2012, Laur\u00e8l GmbH had issued a <strong>bond with a total volume of EUR 20 million<\/strong>. The insol\u00advency plan drawn up as part of the insol\u00advency procee\u00addings provi\u00added for an offer to bond\u00adhol\u00adders to acquire shares in Munich Brand Hub AG in exch\u00adange for the claims arising from this bond. Munich Brand Hub AG is a newly foun\u00added company which, in accordance with the insol\u00advency plan, had previously acqui\u00adred all shares in Laur\u00e8l GmbH.<\/p>\n<p>An expe\u00adri\u00aden\u00adced team of experts from the Colo\u00adgne and Munich offices of Heuking K\u00fchn L\u00fcer Wojtek advi\u00adsed Munich Brand Hub AG in connec\u00adtion with the imple\u00admen\u00adta\u00adtion of the debt-to-equity swap, in parti\u00adcu\u00adlar on the prepa\u00adra\u00adtion of the secu\u00adri\u00adties pros\u00adpec\u00adtus appro\u00adved by the German Fede\u00adral Finan\u00adcial Super\u00advi\u00adsory Autho\u00adrity on Janu\u00adary 9, 2018 for the acqui\u00adsi\u00adtion offer as well as the struc\u00adtu\u00adring and imple\u00admen\u00adta\u00adtion of the indi\u00advi\u00addual sett\u00adle\u00adment steps.
