Munich \u2014 Sola\u00adris\u00adbank AG has raised a further 190 million euros in its largest finan\u00adcing round to date. The valua\u00adtion of the FinTech, which was foun\u00added in 2016, now stands at \u20ac1.4 billion. Sola\u00adris\u00adbank thus joins the ranks of the so-called unicorns. At the same time, the company acqui\u00adres the British compe\u00adti\u00adtor Contis. POELLATH also advi\u00adsed Sola\u00adris\u00adbank AG on the Series D finan\u00adcing round of 190 million euros, as it did on the earlier rounds.<\/p>\n
The round was led by Decisive Capi\u00adtal Manage\u00adment<\/strong>, with support from growth inves\u00adtors inclu\u00adding Pathway Capi\u00adtal Manage\u00adment<\/strong>, CNP<\/strong> (Groupe Fr\u00e8re) and Ilavska Vuil\u00adler\u00admoz<\/strong> Capi\u00adtal. Exis\u00adting inves\u00adtors yabeo<\/strong>, BBVA, Vulcan Capi\u00adtal<\/strong> and HV Capi\u00adtal<\/strong> also parti\u00adci\u00adpa\u00adted in the finan\u00adcing round. With the current round, the total volume of capi\u00adtal raised amounts to 350 million euros.<\/p>\n More than half of the fresh capi\u00adtal will go to the Contis acqui\u00adsi\u00adtion, accor\u00adding to Sola\u00adris\u00adbank. The acqui\u00adsi\u00adtion is expec\u00adted to be comple\u00adted within the next three months. The acqui\u00adsi\u00adtion of Contis enables expan\u00adsion into the UK, which had previously been hampe\u00adred by Brexit.
