The acqui\u00adsi\u00adtion, worth 727 million euros, is expec\u00adted to be comple\u00adted by the end of Octo\u00adber 2021. Foun\u00added in 1999 and head\u00adquar\u00adte\u00adred in Avignon, RES M\u00e9di\u00adter\u00adra\u00adn\u00e9e SAS is active in onshore and offshore wind power, photo\u00advol\u00adtaics, energy storage and repowe\u00adring, among other areas. The acqui\u00adsi\u00adtion of the French project deve\u00adlo\u00adp\u00adment company of wind and solar power plants is part of Hanwha\u2019s stra\u00adtegy to make a signi\u00adfi\u00adcant contri\u00adbu\u00adtion to the energy tran\u00adsi\u00adtion and to complete the trans\u00adfor\u00adma\u00adtion into a leading full-service provi\u00adder of rene\u00adwa\u00adble energy solu\u00adti\u00adons.
