DELFINGEN DE-M\u00fcnch\u00adberg GmbH is an inno\u00adva\u00adtive manu\u00adfac\u00adtu\u00adrer of tech\u00adni\u00adcal texti\u00adles from M\u00fcnch\u00adberg (Bava\u00adria). The product port\u00adfo\u00adlio of the company from Upper Fran\u00adco\u00adnia includes nume\u00adrous narrow fabrics, espe\u00adci\u00adally tech\u00adni\u00adcal belts and tapes, which the company offers in various indus\u00adtries. Since the tran\u00adsac\u00adtion, the company has been opera\u00adting under the old and fami\u00adliar name \u2018MBG Tech\u00adbelt Inno\u00adva\u00adtion GmbH\u2019 (MBG). The aim is to conti\u00adnue and further deve\u00adlop the manu\u00adfac\u00adtu\u00adrer of tech\u00adni\u00adcal belts and straps as an inde\u00adpen\u00addent company.<\/p>\n
The buyer is Kairos Indus\u00adtries AG, an indus\u00adtrial holding company from Berlin that specia\u00adli\u00adzes in acqui\u00adring compa\u00adnies in special situa\u00adtions and wants to deve\u00adlop the tradi\u00adtio\u00adnal company in the long term. Kairos\u2019 legal advi\u00adsor was HEUSSEN Rechts\u00adan\u00adwalts\u00adge\u00adsell\u00adschaft mbH.<\/p>\n
With the acqui\u00adsi\u00adtion of the Schlem\u00admer Group\u2019s Euro\u00adpean and Afri\u00adcan busi\u00adness last year, the Delfin\u00adgen Group streng\u00adthe\u00adned its core busi\u00adness and the inte\u00adgra\u00adtion of the acqui\u00adsi\u00adtion came to the fore. The focus conso\u00adli\u00adda\u00adtes Delfin\u00adgen\u2019s posi\u00adtion as a specia\u00adlist for insu\u00adla\u00adtion of liquid-carry\u00ading and elec\u00adtri\u00adcal systems in the engine compart\u00adment of vehicles.<\/p>\n
DELFINGEN DE-M\u00fcnch\u00adberg was sold as part of a carve-out process. The current manage\u00adment will remain with the company in an advi\u00adsory capa\u00adcity for a tran\u00adsi\u00adtio\u00adnal period in order to ensure the hando\u00adver of busi\u00adness opera\u00adti\u00adons.
