The parties have agreed not to disc\u00adlose details of the transaction.<\/p>\n<p>Suno\u00advis, based in Singen, Germany, has successfully deve\u00adlo\u00adped more than 30 solar projects in Germany and other Euro\u00adpean count\u00adries and has a current deve\u00adlo\u00adp\u00adment pipe\u00adline of appro\u00adxi\u00adm\u00adately 1.7 GWp of solar projects, of which appro\u00adxi\u00adm\u00adately 600 MWp are in advan\u00adced and mid-stage deve\u00adlo\u00adp\u00adment.
