MTG intends to distri\u00adbute at least 40 percent of the net proceeds to its share\u00adhol\u00adders, while the rema\u00adin\u00adder of the proceeds will be used to streng\u00adthen MTG\u2019s posi\u00adtion in the global gaming market and to further imple\u00adment its buy-and-build strategy.<\/p>\n
