River\u00adside had acqui\u00adred a stake in REPA in Octo\u00adber 2016, a leading spare parts distri\u00adbu\u00adtor for profes\u00adsio\u00adnal kitchens and for coffee and vending machi\u00adnes, today with over 700 employees in 13 inter\u00adna\u00adtio\u00adnal loca\u00adti\u00adons. \u2014 During his holding period, River\u00adside built REPA into a Euro\u00adpean market leader with a growing inter\u00adna\u00adtio\u00adnal presence. In addi\u00adtion to conti\u00adnuous orga\u00adnic growth, REPA was able to make six acqui\u00adsi\u00adti\u00adons in Italy, Spain, Great Britain, Austria and Austra\u00adlia and successfully inte\u00adgrate them into the Group.<\/p>\n
