Mario Schulze, the current member of the Execu\u00adtive Board, will conti\u00adnue to manage profi\u00adcom GmbH\u2019s opera\u00adti\u00adons as Mana\u00adging Director.<\/p>\n<p>In the future, all of this will take place under the umbrella of IT Solu\u00adti\u00adons Holding, which curr\u00adently includes profi\u00adcom GmbH as well as mod IT Services GmbH. The latter was also sold to EOS in May 2021. POELLATH provi\u00added legal advice to EOS in the context of the tran\u00adsac\u00adtion regar\u00adding the estab\u00adlish\u00adment of a manage\u00adment parti\u00adci\u00adpa\u00adtion&nbsp;model.<\/p>\n<p>Foun\u00added in 2000 and based in Dres\u00adden, profi\u00adcom GmbH is a specia\u00adli\u00adzed IT service provi\u00adder for IT auto\u00adma\u00adtion, cloud &amp; DevSe\u00adcOps. The company\u2019s custo\u00admer base includes well-known DAX compa\u00adnies, successful medium-sized enter\u00adpri\u00adses and inno\u00adva\u00adtive start-ups. Profi\u00adcom employs around 80 people at its sites in Dres\u00adden and Munich.<\/p>\n<p>EOS Part\u00adners GmbH is a long-term orien\u00adted invest\u00adment company focu\u00adsing on medium-sized compa\u00adnies in the DACH region that have unique selling propo\u00adsi\u00adti\u00adons, sustainable custo\u00admer rela\u00adti\u00adonships and high growth poten\u00adtial.
