The foun\u00adders and the manage\u00adment team remain signi\u00adfi\u00adcantly invol\u00adved. The sale marks the first exit of EMZ\u2019s Germany office and brings inves\u00adtors a MoM (\u201cmulti\u00adple of money\u201d) of well over 2.0 in less than two years. The tran\u00adsac\u00adtion is still subject to appr\u00adoval by the anti\u00adtrust autho\u00adri\u00adties. The parties have agreed not to disc\u00adlose further details of the transaction.<\/p>\n
Foun\u00added in 2013, the inno\u00adva\u00adtive spice blends quickly made Anker\u00adkraut a \u201cLove Brand\u201d and the number 1 chal\u00adlen\u00adger on the DACH spice market. Anker\u00adkraut places great empha\u00adsis on sustaina\u00adbi\u00adlity, which is evident in both the products and the pack\u00ada\u00adging. The spice blends do not contain arti\u00adfi\u00adcial addi\u00adti\u00adves. The company also has a growing orga\u00adnic range. Glass vials with lids made of cork instead of plas\u00adtic also ensure complete recy\u00adcla\u00adbi\u00adlity. EMZ inves\u00adted in Anker\u00adkraut in Septem\u00adber 2020 along with the foun\u00adder and manage\u00adment team. During the 20-month invest\u00adment period, the company quickly deve\u00adlo\u00adped into one of the leading spice brands in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.<\/p>\n
