Main \u2014 The foun\u00adders and inves\u00adtors (inclu\u00adding Bran\u00adden\u00adburg Kapi\u00adtal GmbH, Fraun\u00adho\u00adfer e.V. and High- Tech Gr\u00fcn\u00adder\u00adfonds) of Arioso Systems GmbH (the \u201cShare\u00adhol\u00adders\u201d) have sold their shares in Arioso Systems GmbH (\u201cArioso\u201d) to Bosch Sensor\u00adtec GmbH, a subsi\u00addiary of Robert Bosch GmbH (\u201cBosch\u201d). Will\u00adkie advi\u00adsed all share\u00adhol\u00adders inclu\u00adding the foun\u00adders and inves\u00adtors (among others Bran\u00adden\u00adburg Kapi\u00adtal GmbH, Fraun\u00adho\u00adfer e.V. and High- Tech Gr\u00fcn\u00adder\u00adfonds) of Arioso Systems GmbH (the \u201cShare\u00adhol\u00adders\u201d) on the sale of their shares in Bosch Sensor\u00adtec GmbH.<\/p>\n

The share\u00adhol\u00adders have agreed to sell Arioso, a Fraun\u00adho\u00adfer IPMS spin-off for the commer\u00adcia\u00adliza\u00adtion of Nano\u00adsco\u00adpic Elec\u00adtro\u00adsta\u00adtic Drive (NED) \u03bcSpea\u00adker- tech\u00adno\u00adlogy, to Bosch. \u2014 Ario\u00adso\u2019s product port\u00adfo\u00adlio includes gene\u00adral and custom microelec\u00adtro\u00adme\u00adcha\u00adni\u00adcal systems (MEMS) and appli\u00adca\u00adtion-speci\u00adfic inte\u00adgra\u00adted circuits (ASIC).<\/p>\n

The parties have agreed not to disc\u00adlose details of the tran\u00adsac\u00adtion. The tran\u00adsac\u00adtion is expec\u00adted to close in Q2 2022.<\/p>\n

Foun\u00added in 2019, Arioso aims to become a leading provi\u00adder of \u03bcSpea\u00adker tech\u00adno\u00adlogy for the ultra-mobile audio world. Unlike conven\u00adtio\u00adnal spea\u00adk\u00aders and the few other MEMS spea\u00adk\u00aders available, Ario\u00adso\u2019s tiny MEMS spea\u00adk\u00aders contain neither a diaphragm nor magnets, but are made enti\u00adrely of sili\u00adcon. They can be mass-produ\u00adced inex\u00adpen\u00adsi\u00advely using stan\u00addard proces\u00adses for comple\u00admen\u00adtary metal oxide semi\u00adcon\u00adduc\u00adtors, making them easily scalable for the mass market.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
