The acqui\u00adsi\u00adtion is supported by AMCS\u2019 inves\u00adtors, inclu\u00adding Clear\u00adlake Capi\u00adtal Group, which is joining forces with AMCS for its next phase of growth. High-Tech Gr\u00fcn\u00adder\u00adfonds (HTGF) will sell its shares as part of the deal. For HTGF, it is one of the most profi\u00adta\u00adble investments.<\/p>\n
The parties have agreed not to disc\u00adlose the finan\u00adcial terms of the tran\u00adsac\u00adtion. The tran\u00adsac\u00adtion is subject to regu\u00adla\u00adtory appr\u00adoval and is expec\u00adted to close in the coming weeks. Follo\u00adwing regu\u00adla\u00adtory appr\u00adoval, Quen\u00adtic will become part of AMCS.<\/p>\n
