The heristo Group was advi\u00adsed on this tran\u00adsac\u00adtion by&nbsp;<strong>Deloitte Legal<\/strong> D\u00fcsseldorf.<\/p>\n<p>The heristo Group is a family-run group of compa\u00adnies present in the german and inter\u00adna\u00adtio\u00adnal markets in the meat finis\u00adhing, deli\u00adca\u00adtes\u00adsen, pet food and whole\u00adsale and foreign trade of food products, with a wide range of products and Services. It is one of the largest compa\u00adnies in the German food indus\u00adtry, the largest Euro\u00adpean produ\u00adcers of pet food and the global trading compa\u00adnies. The group gene\u00adra\u00adtes about two-thirds of its turno\u00adver from the produc\u00adtion of private labels.<\/p>\n<p>Like\u00adMeat deve\u00adlops contem\u00adpo\u00adrary products for an enjoya\u00adble, modern and balan\u00adced diet and stands for a wide range of plant-based meat substi\u00adtu\u00adtes.
