ISB supports medium-sized compa­nies, start-ups, inno­va­tions, expan­si­ons, the deve­lo­p­ment of the muni­ci­pal infra­struc­ture, the crea­tion of housing space and the moder­niza­tion of resi­den­tial property with low-inte­rest loans, parti­ci­pa­ti­ons, guaran­tees and grants. In addi­tion, ISB informs compa­nies on loca­tion issues and assists the compa­nies in Rhein­land-Pfalz by means of foreign trade support in opening up foreign markets.
