Services
We guarantee a seamless overall service in the areas of auditing, tax and legal advice at a high level – regionally, nationally and internationally. This applies to ongoing advice and, of course, also to the transaction business, where partners and senior managers provide support during the preparation of the initial offer or the negotiation of the final purchase price, while at the same time responsibly managing the due diligence process. We are particularly experienced in providing full support for sales or succession processes in ownermanaged medium-sized companies. This includes the discrete preparation of meaningful factbooks or company valuations.
