(2) Capi­tal Calls: Orga­niza­tion, execu­tion and moni­to­ring of capi­tal calls; (3) Master Data Manage­ment: Profes­sio­nal and relia­ble main­ten­ance of inves­tor master data; (4) Inves­tor Rela­ti­ons: Direct inves­tor support and inquiry manage­ment, inclu­ding inves­tor infor­ma­tion letters. (5) Report­ing & Accoun­ting: Prepa­ring and mailing fund docu­ments; book­kee­ping; and quar­terly finan­cial state­ments and capi­tal account report­ing; (6) Regu­la­tory Report­ing: Compli­ance with the German Fede­ral Finan­cial Super­vi­sory Autho­rity (BaFin); the Fede­ral Bank (Bundes­bank); the Foreign Account Tax Compli­ance Act (FATCA); the Common Report­ing Stan­dard (CRS); and the Foreign Trade Regu­la­ti­ons (AWV) (7) Distri­bu­ti­ons: Orga­niza­tion, execu­tion, and control of distri­bu­ti­ons to inves­tors; (8) Payment Services: Full execu­tion of payment transactions.
