Profile
Hannover Finanz is the equity partner for medium-sized family businesses in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, and is itself a family-run company. We have the option of remaining invested in a company for as long as all parties deem appropriate. In the 45 years since our founding, we have successfully supported over 250 companies.
Hannover Finanz has accompanied well-known companies such as Fielmann and Rossmann with great success in their growth, in some cases for over 20 years. Operating independently of us are HF Debt GmbH (2017), which we founded in the private debt sector, and HF Opportunities GmbH (2023) in the special situations/restructuring segment.
Services
Since the investors of Hannover Finanz are providing their funds without a time limit, there is no obligation to sell shares in the short or medium term. The Hannover Finanz Group also takes on minority holdings.
